Your Union

The Students’ Union (MetSU) is an independent, democratic organisation run by students for students. It provides representation, advice and support to students at the University.

For 2008/09 the Union will comprise of a number of Student Support Facilitators who will work to provide an advocacy, representation and advice service for all students.

They will also be producing VerveZine and the MetSU website.

If you have any problems or concerns about your study at London Met come along to MetSU for a chat with one of our Student Advocates who will try their best to help and assist you.

The more you put into the Students’ Union the more you will get out of it! We need as many students as possible to get involved in the Union and to volunteer their time.

You could write for the magazine, become a Student Academic Representative (StAR) to represent your peers at departmental level or join a Union affiliated Society.
