Democracy Card

 

The NUS Democracy Card is available to all students free of charge. This card acts as a student identity card and proves your membership of the Students' Union allowing you to access all Students' Union facilities, voting in your Students' Union elections and also participating in NUS' democratic events such as annual conference.

 

The Democracy Card will not provide access to any discounts or special offers. NUS Extrais the new student discount card that is only available to students. As a Democracy Cardholder you can upgrade to Extra at any time by visitingwww.nusextra.co.uk or your Students' Union.

 

The NUS Extra Card is available for only £10 and will get you access to the widest range of discounts locally, nationally, ABROAD and online.[Click here to find out more about Extra] .

 

Your Democracy Card will also give you access to all of the information, advice and campaign updates available through nusonline. Democracy Cardholders also have the opportunity to register with nusonline and opt in to receive the monthly NUS e-newsletter with the latest information, advice and details of how to get involved in national campaigns.
