| In order to apply for the Student discount entitlement, you must be: 18 years of age or over a Full-time student enrolled on a full-time course, consisting of 15 or more tuition led and/or structured learning hours a week over a period of at least 14 weeks A Part-time student and be in receipt of a fee grant, course grant or be receiving help from the Access to Learning Fund, as defined in the extract taken from A guide to financial support for higher education students in 2005/2006 produced by the Department for Education and Skills. Studying at a university, college or school in the London area, which is participating in our scheme |
| How do I apply? |

| By picking up an application form from theStudents' Union office. You need to bring with you a new passport-sized photo and your University student card. A £5.00 fee (cheque or Postal Order), or your credit/debit card details, must accompany your application. This fee is non-refundable and will automatically be deducted from your account even where your application is rejected because it is incorrect and/or incomplete. | For courses of 1 year or less, your Photocard will expire on your course end date. For courses of more than one year, your Photocard will expire on 30 September of the following academic session. The Photocard issued will only remain valid while you are enrolled on a full-time or part-time course at the registered University. If you cease to be so enrolled, then the Photocard ceases to be valid and you must return it to Transport Trading Ltd at Student Photocard, PO Box 5326, Northampton, NN1 5FJ, no later than 7 days after you cease to be enrolled. Continued use of the Photocard in contravention of this clause may lead to prosecution for fraud. |
