AIR offers a confidential advice and representation service for all students.If you have been accused of academic misconduct (cheating, plagiarism or collusion)or want appeal a decision (mitigating circumstances or progression), then we can represent your case to the university.If you want to make a complaint against a lecturer, a staff-member, the University or the Students' Union, then we can show you how.

If you have problems paying your tuition fees then we can talk to the University on your behalf.You may never need us, but if you do it's our job to make sure you are listened to and treated fairly.

  1.  Please note that the deadline for submission of appeals for the spring semester 06-07 is 5pm Thursday 19 July 2007.

  2.  Deadlines for mitigating circumstances for academic year 2006/07 are as follows:

Re-Assessment Period: 6th September 2007

POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS ONLY: Postgraduate students whose dissertation dead-line is 7th September 2007 can submit mitigation claims relating to the dissertation up until 14th September 2007.
