*Societies get funds from students' union every year.This fund depends on the activities and the size of the society.Usually the society has more member has a bigger budget to spend. Society decides what they would like to do and what help they need from the union. And the union decides what help they are to receive.The union likes to spend money on two things: those that will give people an experiece they would not otherwise had, and those that help cultivate a sense of society among the students.
So, all this money gets spent and YOU, yes you, as a Student of London Metropolitan are entitled to enjoy the benefits of this expenditure. So make the most of it, join any society, get involve with students' union, you might even meet some nice people and develop your self.
