Room Bookings

 

If you want to use a room in the university for your meeting or event, please email the Student Activities and Participation Co-ordinator (activities.su@londonmet.ac.uk) with the following details or fill in a room booking form which is available from the Students' Union reception or by [clicking here|/system/systempages/file/72/file/roombooking.doc] , at least a week before you require the room.* Date

 

  • Time (start and finish)
  •  
  • Which building/site you would prefer the room to be located
  •  
  • How many people
  •  
  • Any special requests such as VHS player and TV
  •  
  • Whether or not you plan to have a guest speaker present
  •  

Guest Speakers

 

If you are planning on having a Guest Speaker for a meeting the society secretary will need to fill in a [Guest Speaker Permission Form, (available by clicking here,|/system/systempages/file/71/file/visiting_speakers.doc] or from any SU office). This form needs to be submitted to the University Secretary via the Student Activities and Participation Co-ordinator with a copy of the proposed publicity at least 2 weeks before the event. You are not permitted to publicise the event until you have had confirmation that the Speaker has been authorised so obviously the more advance notice you give the better.
