1. All advertising should be submitted in accordance with the appropriate publishing deadline. 1.1 Any booking received will be placed in the next issue to go to print unless otherwise agreed. 1.2 All artwork may be received in the following ways: JPG TIFF PDF 1.3 London Metropolitan University Students' Union (MetSU) does not accept responsibility for errors appearing in artwork produced by an external body. 1.4 Any artwork produced by (MetSU) Media remains the property of the client unless otherwise agreed. 1.5 Any booking received is subject to the receipt of a completed booking form to be forwarded either by fax or mail. 1.6 All booking forms sent by fax will be confirmed either by email or by phone upon receipt.

2. All advertising should be submitted before 16/08/04. 2.1 Late bookings may be received but must be discussed with the MetSU Media team. 2.2 As stated in s1.2, s1.3, s1.4 and 1.5 the same applies to Freshers advertising within MetSU Media.
