AGM 2017

The 2018/19 Students' Union Annual General Meeting will take place on:

Date and Location to be confirmed. 

All members (students) are invited to attend.

We will present a report on our business from the previous year and annual accounts and budgets, as well discuss any motions or resolutions from the membership.
Any motions for consideration should be submitted in writing to the Students’ Union Office (studentsunion@londonmet.ac.uk) and signed by the proposer and seconder, by 5pm, two clear working days before the meeting (at Chairs' discretion).

The order of business at Annual General Meetings shall be as follows:

  • Introduction from the Chair;

AGM Business

  • Minutes of last Annual General Meeting
  • Matters arising from those minutes
    • Approving affiliations of the Union (NUS)
    • Audited accounts and Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP) and Annual Report

All Student Meeting (AGM Continued)

  • Report from the Trustees (Sabbatical officers) on the Union’s activities (Annual report)
  • Open questions to the Trustees (Sabbatical officers) by the Members
  • Motions: Any motions for consideration should be submitted in writing to the Students’ Union Office (studentsunion@londonmet.ac.uk) and signed by the proposer and seconder, by 5pm, seven clear working days before the meeting.
