This virtual employability event intends to give female students an insight into what to expect as a woman(/of colour/queer) in their chosen field and to feel empowered to pursue their dreams.
The first element is a panel discussion- which aims to inspire.
The second element is an action-oriented round-table which aims to ensure students leave with some steps to take to advance their own careers.
Organisations who are looking to hire female talent are encouraged to host tables.
