London Met Students’ Union is here to support, represent and enrich the lives of all London Met students. The Students’ Union is a democratic organisation overseen by a Board of Trustees supported by a team of elected officers and professional staff.

We are currently looking to recruit a number of student staff to start with us in September 2017. Work is flexible to suit your studies and you will be paid the London Living Wage (£9.75ph) and entitled to holiday pay. However please note training and introductory shifts will take place during July/August 2017. Student Receptionists - Holloway Road

SU receptionists provide front line support to the Students' Union taking calls and enquiries, managing appointments and assisting both SU staff and officers in day to day activities.

Project Support Workers

Project Support Workers support Union and student activity at the various London Met sites. You will play a role in supporting the development of student societies, supporting team sport development, helping deliver events and activities, supporting Students' Union projects and championing the Students' Union.

Project Support Worker (Media - Print and Production)

Verve Magazine, (the Students' Union publication for all London Met students), are looking for someone with excellent In-Design and Photoshop skills who can join our growing media team. 

You  will be required to work to a brief in order to layout the magazine content, whilst providing your own creative suggestions and ideas to make our magazine stand out. We have a new team of editors and contributors and you could be part of an exciting transition towards a fresh, improved Verve. You will also be required to work on additional projects and marketing for the SU. 

Based at our Holloway Road office, you will gain experience of the publication process, as well as having your name on your student magazine to show to future employers.
