Role descriptions for mandatory positions:

Treasurer: Responsible for keeping track of the group’s finances and bidding for additional funding as needed.

Secretary: Responsible for managing communications, organizing meetings, and maintaining records to ensure the smooth operation of the society.

Optional roles:
Other roles, such as a Health and Safety Officer, can be beneficial to support with risk assessments for activities and ensure the safety of the community.
