What are the Leaders Elections?
The Students' Union is a democratic organisation, and each year we elect a number of students to lead the organisation. Becoming a Student Leader is a fantastic opportunity that is open to all students. You don't need any previous experience, but you do need to be hardworking, willing to learn, and passionate about working with and serving London Met University and London Met Students' Union (LMSU)!
The President and VP (Vice-President) roles are full-time and paid. Those elected will take up the role on 1st July 2023 for 12 months. You might do the role after you graduate or take a 'year out' or a 'sabbatical' from your course. The other positions, which are not paid, you do alongside your studies in academic year 2023-24.
If you have any questions, then feel free to email the LMSU Elections Team at suelections@londonmet.ac.uk.
