The Union holds an Annual Members Meeting (AMM) every year. In this meeting, amongst other things, the Union's financial accounts are received, and any policy is voted upon. Any member of the Union may attend the AMM, and vote upon any policy within that meeting. Members will also get an opportunity to speak for or against a policy that is up for vote.
When is the 2022 Annual Members Meetings (AMM)?
The AMM in will be held on Thursday 31st March 4.00-6.00pm location TBC. Details of motions deadline and policy panel will also appear here.
Would you like the Union to campaign on an issue?
Any student can submit a motion which will then be voted on by the student body at our AMM. To submit your motion, please email Eddie Rowley, our Student Voice Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org.

The AMM is only open to members of the Union (all students).
Can't make the meeting?
If you can't make the meeting but still wish to have your say then you may appoint a 'proxy.' This is another student who is going to attend the meeting who you nominate to vote on your behalf, or to be your 'proxy'. If you wish to nominate a 'proxy' please email Eddie on email@example.com
