We’re currently looking for passionate students to join the committee:

• Secretary: Help with communications, event logistics, and keeping things running smoothly.
• Treasurer: Manage a small budget and help us apply for funding and grants.

No experience needed, just a willingness to learn and lead. It’s a great way to boost your CV and make a real impact!

Our Aims

1. Beginner-Friendly Learning: We create an inclusive and supportive environment where students from any discipline can learn and build foundational skills in Data Science and AI. We host a weekly learning circle to help you take your first steps or your next big leap into the world of data.
2. Industry Connections & Career Support: We bridge the gap between university and the workplace, from guest lectures with tech professionals and alumni, to networking events and access to internships or graduate roles opportunities.
3. Real-World Experience: Learning by doing is key. We plan to partner with platforms like DataCamp and Coursera to help society members earn scholarships and certificates.
