Role descriptions for mandatory positions:

Treasurer: Responsible for keeping track of the group’s finances and bidding for additional funding as needed.

Secretary: Responsible for managing communications, organizing meetings, and maintaining records to ensure the smooth operation of the society.

Optional roles:
Other roles, such as an Events Coordinator or Social Media Officer, can be beneficial to support with organizing activities and promoting the society.
