The Reverse Mentoring Scheme is a pilot project that aims to build greater connections between the University’s Senior Management Team (SMT) and the student body. 

The scheme will provide students with an opportunity to find out more about leadership and professional life and career development as well as providing members of SMT with a greater understanding of how London Metropolitan is experienced by students on a day to day basis.
