Your potential is endless!

Who am I?

Hey, my name is Bianca, a final year Management and Marketing student. I am running for the position of Vice President of Opportunities and Activities because I want to take you on a journey of discovering your forgotten passions and developing existing skills! I am currently volunteering as a student representative, and I am delighted to be part of the student council. :)

Why me?

As you might know, I am pretty involved within the university. I have been a student representative for the past two years, helping by combating any issues and taking on the responsibility to improve students’ experiences at London Met. To make your experience even more eventful and remarkable, I invite you to be part of the Students’ Union by taking part in clubs and societies that this university has to offer!

I already know the way societies, sports, and volunteering can bring the best in you, as I have been part of two societies that helped me develop my skills, discover new passions, and make new friends! Take the chance, be determined, and see yourself grow as an individual by doing what you are passionate about!

You are the one who can make a change!

As a Vice President of Opportunities and Activities, I want to:

  • Engage with students from both campuses and give you equal opportunities
  • Work with Sports services and London Met Labs such as Empowering London initiative and Employability Services to create more opportunities for you!
  • I want you to become your best self by offering you guidance to get involved and become a leader
  • Opportunities for all students who want to develop marketing skills by being part of the Student Union’s social media
  • Use social media platforms to create awareness of what is going on within both campuses, and what activities you can take part in!
  • I want to see more students building a community by being part of the Students’ Union
  • Students become leaders by getting involved as student reps and student council
  • Students feel comfortable and included in societies and events

As a Vice President, I want to listen to your opinions and views regarding opportunities, activities, and improvements that can be done! If I get elected, I will help you find ways to become your best self and take on some new challenges together!

Achieving my elections aims are my commitment and responsibility towards you, putting student experience, inclusivity, and democracy as my priority.

Your voice and opinions matter! Help us shape the community for students by students. By voting for me you are voting for yourself, so please take a minute to vote at https://www.londonmetsu.org.uk/elections/2022/

Thank you!
