Combining meditative visualisation exercises with art creation increases relaxation and creativity. With a few simple meditative exercises, we can change our daily mood and impact our overall wellbeing.
This guided workshop is split into two sections; to start you will be asked to visualise and draw symbols associated with your mood and imagination. During the second half of the workshop, you will collaborate and create artwork together!
