Shining a light on Black mens mental health and maintaining their well-being is more important now than ever before. We sit down with Reginald from 100 Black Men of London- a community-based charity led by Black
men delivering programmes and activities focused on Mentoring,
Education, Economic Empowerment, and Health & Wellness and Indigo Saint from Cottage 47- a charity based in Zimbabwe that fosters an open conversation about mental health will be joining us as we discuss the impact of society on Black mens mental health. Moderated by Paul: head of the ACS here at London met, we hope you join us to find solutions and help in maintaining your mental well-being.
