Team London Met Volleyball Team are hosting a seated volleyball taster session!
If you're not sure how seated volleyball works, here's a quick overview:
There will be approximately 10-12 players in a seated position on the floor. During the game, the rules dictate that players should always maintain contact between their pelvis and the floor. When hitting or attacking the ball, players must have one 'buttock' or an extension of the torso in contact with the floor.
