London Metropolitan University is creating a brand new teaching and learning centre at the heart of the Holloway campus.
This exciting project takes place as part of the multi-million pound One Campus, One Community (OC|OC) initiative, which will see the establishment of a unified single-campus here in Islington.
The University will transform its current 2-storey building, known as ‘J Block’, into a vibrant 4-storey teaching and learning facility with a number of exciting features.
The centre will host 25 dynamic teaching rooms with connected social learning spaces, all of which will be installed with the latest innovative teaching technology.
Plans for the vibrant facility also include a new cafe with the capacity to seat over 200 people.
Our new teaching and learning centre is being designed by the award-winning architecture practice Design Engine and is due to open in summer 2019.
