Student Groups Leader forms, These are to be used only by Society Committee Members (Student Group Leaders) who have completed the Student Group Leader Training and will be reviewed once we recieve them.
Student Communities Event Form - This form is to book an event, through this you can book rooms, repeat bookings, and request external guest speakers. You can also bid for funding for your event in this same form for snacks, equipment, games, and anything you need for an event (including a repeat booking). You need to complete this form at least 21 days before you wish to do your event. One-Off Purchase Form This form is to bid for funding for one-off purchases, for example you can bid for roller banners, everyday equipment, badges to promote your society and get more members - anything unrelated to an event. You need to complete this form at least 21 days before you wish to spend the money. Request for Purchase Form - This form is used only by societies/student groups/communities that are affliated with LMSU. If your bid gets approved, you can request the student communities team to purchase the items for you, so you do not have to spend the money yourself. You need to complete this form at least 7 days before you wish to spend the money.
Expenses Claim Form - Sometimes (but very rare) after a bid has been approves, the Communities Team may be unable to pay for your items where we usually would. If that the case, then fill out this form. We will process your expenses claim for you as soon as possible. Please ensure when filling this form that you keep the reciepts, as you will need these as evidence. Once we have processed your refund, it can take up to 14 working days to show in your account
Request an Election - There are times when student group leaders leave or no longer want to do the role, but not to worry, we are here to help. You can use this form to request an election due to losing comminttee members, if you wish to have an election due to diffculties within the society, we would highly recommend you speak to the student communties team. You need to complete this form at least 21 days before you wish for the election to start.
