The Union holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) every year. In this meeting, amongst other things, the Union's financial accounts are received, and any policy is voted upon.
Any member of the Union may attend the AGM, and vote upon any policy within that meeting. Members will also get an opportunity to speak for or against a policy that is up for vote.
Would you like the Union to campaign on an issue?
Any student can submit a motion which will then be voted on by the student body at our AGM.
To submit your motion, please email Eddie Rowley, our Student Voice Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Next AGM – Thursday 22nd April, 5.00pm
Due to the current circumstances, we will be hosting this year's AGM online.
The AGM is only open to members of the Union (all students).
For the link to access the meeting and agenda please log in to this website via the top-right corner.
Can't make the meeting?
If you can't make the meeting but still wish to have your say then you may appoint a 'proxy.' This is a student who will be at the meeting who you give permission to vote on your behalf. To appoint your proxy please log-in to this website (top right corner) and follow the instructions below.
