Vote for Miryam. She Cares.

Hiii Everyone,

My names Miryam, im a final year Distant Learning student which means that i study online and my interaction with the university is very limited. However, as elections are here and as im very passionate about the following national issues, therefore i wish to be sent as a delegate from London Metropolitan university to fight for the following motions.

Fighting for Our Mental Health
Studying in the comparative times where competition is everywhere and job certainty is limited - Students mental health is getting affected. I want to put a motion through for the NUS to provide free, accessible and readily available mental health services for all students.

Value for Money and Transparency
I want to put a motion through where the NUS will work with Higher Education Student Union's to ensure that fees are spent ethically on learning conditions including academics pay and benefits but mainly that universities should show transparency about where the money is actually being invested.

Free and decolonised curriculum
I want to fight for a motion where education is free for everyone and the curriculum is representative to the diversity of all students.

Thank you for taking the time out to read my manifesto. Please support me to make a national impact.

Please Vote No1 for Miryam
